Jean-Paul LaFleur,CTS is a founding partner and President of the RTS Unified Communications Washington DC Metro office. Jean-Paul has over 20 years’ experience in operations, system design and coordination of multimedia communications systems. Jean-Paul's primary focus has been developing the Washington DC Metro office to support RTS’s ever growing nationwide client base including Government agencies.

Jean-Paul received post-graduate degrees from the University of Virginia and New York University, and holds the industry designation of CTS along with many other industry manufacturer certifications.






 

Andy Bukowski – CTS Managing Director of the Washington DC Metro Office joined the RTS Team in 2005 and has been in the AV industry for 31 years. He has a national reputation for incorporating the newest technologies into cutting edge system designs and is well known and respected among colleagues and clients alike. His vast experience is a great asset to the daily operation and quality assurance of RTS projects.

Andy’s expertise ranges from rigging and staging, large venue, government, military and NSA facilities to corporate boardroom and educational facilities. He has held positions of leadership and ownership in several firms including senior management of a multi-national technology firm to port security at the Virginia Port Authority after 911.
