John J. Pepe, CTS is the CEO and a founding partner of RTS Unified Communications. Since 1982 John has been involved in audiovisual systems integration business. He has been a member of several committees for InfoComm International and has served as a certified test administrator for InfoComm’s design certification program (CTS-D). John believes that a company’s greatest strength is in its people. One of his greatest strengths is putting together winning teams. Because of this, RTS is one of the most talented and educated companies in the industry. Each RTS employee is committed to continue their education in the industry and receive industry and trade certifications, and their knowledge and experience ranges across many disciplines.
John’s responsibilities include setting the company’s strategy long term vision. Sales, finance and strategic client and manufacturer relationships are also part of his regular duties. During early 2009, RTS has enhanced its business offerings by adding network consulting and integration (IT), premise security, infrastructure cabling, telecommunications (VoIP) and building environments to its existing expertise in audiovisual systems integration. The benefit to our clients is enhanced on-site presence, fewer points of contact and responsibilities and cost savings.
Robert Pepe, CTS is a founding partner, President and COO of RTS Unified Communications. He has over 30 years’ experience in operations with concentration in project management and installations of multimedia communications systems. He has extensive experience with systems integration, coordination and time management procedures. His primary focus as COO is the overall performance and work flow throughout the organization.
Robert is a graduate of the New York Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business. Robert holds the industry designation of CTS along with many industry manufacturer certifications.
John Vezzi, CTS, CTS-D is a founding partner, Executive Vice President and Director of Service of RTS Unified Communications. With over 25 years’ experience in electronics, and with 20 of those directly in the AV industry, John brings with him a wealth of expert leadership to RTS. In his daily duties for the corporation, John oversees the service, staging and staffing areas. John has provided service for clients in multiple verticals. John holds certifications for most of the manufacturers that RTS represents.
Jean-Paul LaFleur,CTS is a founding partner and President of the RTS Unified Communications Washington DC Metro office. Jean-Paul has over 20 years’ experience in operations, system design and coordination of multimedia communications systems. Jean-Paul's primary focus has been developing the Washington DC Metro office to support RTS’s ever growing nationwide client base including Government agencies.
Jean-Paul received post-graduate degrees from the University of Virginia and New York University, and holds the industry designation of CTS along with many other industry manufacturer certifications.
Don X. Nash, CTS, Vice President of Operations has been with RTS since 1996 where he began working as a Project Manager. Don has over 20 years experience in all Operational aspects of Audio Visual and Low Voltage systems. Started out fabricating systems, installation, project management, PM Management, Director of Operations, VP of Operations. Don is currently charged with the oversight of all in-house, field, and technical operations at RTS. Don’s job is to see that all work that passes through RTS is done properly; from design engineering through final testing.

Anthony Posa is Principal and Chief Information Officer of RTS Unified Communications.
His diverse background as a consultant for financial institutions, director for global public relations, principal, CIO for media and principal, CIO for a technology design/build firm, enabled Anthony to support the development RTS Unified Communications multi-discipline approach to our client's technical infrastructure. A continuation of these efforts involve the structure and process for our Information Technology, Telecommunications, Infrastructure Cabling, Premise Security and Building Environments divisions.
Jill Armand, CTS joined the RTS team in 2009 as Vice President of the newly established Pennsylvania office. Jill has been a proven professional in the Pro AV industry for almost 20 years and she brings passion and commitment to every task she takes on. Her strengths and expertise are in executive account management, client retention and sales team leadership. Her sales abilities and success helped her achieve sales awards from multiple major manufacturers. Her solid understanding of business management and processes has also allowed her to oversee and manage many ERP and CRM software rollout projects with success.
Jill began her career as an account executive and over the years became an industry leader as a Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Jill graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a minor in International Business.
Steve Bodner, CTS joined the RTS team in 2008 as Vice President of Corporate Procurement. Steve has over 30 years’ experience in management, operations and logistics. He is a strong strategic planner and problem solver. He has consistently delivered desired results while contributing to revenue producing activities. Steve's extensive background in finance and purchasing continue to provide RTS with leadership and foresight.
Steve is a business executive with proven abilities in strategic planning and managing companies. He quickly grasps complex concepts and is able to analyze and interpret these ideas to form a logical strategy to move forward. Steve is experienced in strategic product planning and partnerships with key manufacturer partners.
George Meglio, CTS joined RTS in 2009 as the Vice President of Business Development. George brings to RTS a strong blend of strategic management expertise and broad business experience gained through a successful 30 year career. His passion for his craft has been the fuel that has propelled him in this long tenure in the multimedia field, with consistent achievement. George has extensive experience in engineering, sales and marketing. He understands technology and how it relates to the client’s needs.
George established himself in the sales and marketing arenas, with consistent performance in superior solution-based approaches and end user satisfaction. He is committed to the professional communications industry through education, client partnerships and a hands-on approach. George believes that continuing education within the IT industry is critical to the AV industry’s successful future.
